The Incheon New City Hall has been honored with the Excellence Award at the 2025 14th KIBIM Awards. The ceremony was held on November 14 at the Korea Science and Technology Center during the 2025 International Symposium hosted by the KIBIM Association(Korean Institute of Building Information Modeling). The BIM Excellence Award recognizes projects that demonstrate outstanding technical application of BIM and distinguished architectural quality.

The Incheon New City Hall encompasses a total floor area of 80,417㎡ across four basement levels and fifteen above-ground floors. The project integrates plans to efficiently renovate and utilize the existing city hall, while consolidating dispersed administrative functions to improve operational efficiency. Featuring a garden-style plaza connected to Central Park and various cultural spaces such as an exhibition hall, book café, and lounge, the complex is envisioned to become an accessible civic hub and an open cultural venue for the public.​
