The Completion ceremony of the new ABLBio headquarters, designed by HAEAHN Architecture, was held on October 31. Sehan Yoon and Younghwan Byun attended the event and participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. In recognition of their contributions to the successful completion of the building, they were presented with plaques of appreciation.

This project is particularly meaningful as HAEAHN Architecture was engaged throughout the entire process—from architectural design to construction management. By overseeing each phase from start to finish, the project achieved consistent quality control and a seamless delivery. The planning, design, and supervision were carried out in an integrated manner, going beyond the scope of a conventional office building to support ABLBio’s long-term strategy and evolving work environment.

As a result, the ABLBio headquarters reflects the company’s innovative spirit through its contemporary design and efficient spatial planning. The building offers flexible workspaces and a comfortable indoor environment, while key features such as the reconfigured circulation, optimized MEP systems, and enhanced community spaces address both operational needs and user experience. The first-floor auditorium, in particular, serves as an open, communicative venue for employees and visitors alike.

Through this project, HAEAHN Architecture once again demonstrated its comprehensive capabilities by responsibly leading every stage—from design to construction management—and ensuring the successful realization of ABLBio’s new headquarters.
