The K-Bio Lab Hub (Songdo Block D1 Research Complex), designed by HAEAHN Architecture, has been honored with the Excellence Award at the 2025 IFEZ Landscape Awards. The IFEZ Landscape Awards recognize outstanding architectural proposals submitted to the IFEZ Landscape Committee that contribute meaningfully to the formation and enhancement of the cityscape.

This year, two Excellence Award recipients were selected from a total of 52 submissions. The winning project, K-Bio Lab Hub, received high praise from the judges for its refined sense of proportion, harmonious integration with the surrounding environment, and sophisticated stone façade detailing.​
