HAEAHN Architecture and Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust (KOREIT) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop senior residence projects, aiming to proactively address Korea’s rapidly aging population and establish differentiated, privately led housing models tailored for seniors.

Through this partnership, the two companies will collaborate on key areas such as planning senior-friendly residential services, formulating operational and investment strategies, and developing branding and operator partnerships. The focus is on building a premium living platform centered on quality of life in the underserved private senior housing market.

Leveraging its H-SLP (Haeahn Senior Life Platform), HAEAHN Architecture offers a comprehensive end-to-end solution that goes beyond design to include business planning and community strategy. With experience in over 50 senior residence projects—including the “VL LHOUR" senior town in Busan, as well as developments in Hannam-dong and Dongin-dong—the firm is also the lead architect for the Silver Stay pilot project in Galmae-dong. HAEAHN Architecture is establishing a strong presence in both the private and public sectors.

This MOU marks a strategic step toward offering real solutions for an aging society—providing landowners with a stable development platform and seniors with high-quality living environments.​
