This project aims to develop the electronic market area into a business hub alongside the Yongsan International Business District while promoting balanced regional growth by attracting global tech companies and establishing customized infrastructure. Key issues include securing an optimal floor area ratio (FAR) for smooth execution, managing procedural risks, and optimizing the timeline. The plan integrates Special Planning Districts 7 and 8 with an innovative design, featuring an elevated pedestrian deck, a central green space linking public and commercial areas, a progressively expanding tower to enhance leasability, and a public contribution office facility with a parking lot.​
