Located between Station 103 and the Central Lake Park in the northern part of Incheon Geomdan New Town, this project envisions a mixed-use residential, commercial, and cultural district. By linking transit hubs with natural and cultural amenities, it aims to create an urban promenade where nature, people, and activity flow seamlessly. A central event plaza connects the subway station to the park, while a canal walkway blurs the boundaries between residential, commercial, and cultural zones. The residential towers and cultural facilities, facing each other across the lake, serve as mutual landmarks, inspired by the shimmering, wave-like reflections on the water.
