The task of this project is to consider both entrepreneurial and urban side of the landmark that is mixed with a department store, hotel, office and officetel in a large-scale land that connects from Lotte Plaza near existing Cheongnyangni station to surrounding brothels and 1400 households scale residential complex. The project concept ‘LUMIN-CITY’ means the city regained a sense of natural beauty with soft light. It plans to provide a framework that Cheongnyangni can become activated area by making an exterior space with soft light theme. It improves the pedestrian environment of city through the natural flow connection with the existing Cheongnyangni station deck board and it induces a synergistic effect by making an optimized commerce, culture, tour, business and residential environment.
