This project is a master plan of an international theme park that will be located at the metropolitan area. The development plan for this project is to develop the resort as ‘Destination Settlement’ that has culture, nature, and sensibility. Apart from existing resorts, it makes its own character as destination in the resort with sensibility and culture, and also creates an energetic and dynamic ‘Urban Tourism Destination’ all year round through securing a sedentary population. As a developing strategy, first, a master plan is established by considering connecting the Theme Park, Water Park, and Golf Courses with the whole resort facility as ‘Attraction Core Creation’ step. Second, strategic facilities are planned to expand utilization class, variety of activities, and length of visits as ‘Synergy Build-up’ step.
