​MediPark One is a landmark project in Gwacheon that integrates three clusters: a converged zone of medical, senior care, business, cultural, and commercial functions; a medical zone with a future-oriented general hospital combining emergency services and a healing environment; and a green zone centered on a central garden for rest and interaction. Designed under the concept of one valley, three gardens, the hospital is placed at the entrance, business facilities at the center, and senior care facilities near Mountain Cheonggye to create a balanced and connected environment. Together, these elements form a smart health town with a 24-hour emergency system, the nation’s first senior care facilities linked to a tertiary hospital, and advanced business spaces, contributing to Gwacheon’s future growth.
