This project is a mixed-use development in Noryangjin-dong, Seoul, envisioned as an educational and cultural platform. By providing education and research facilities as a public contribution, it establishes a specialized educational hub that revitalizes the local community.

The lower levels are divided into three volumes, creating terraced alleyways that blend education, commerce, and culture while offering a human-scale sense of space. At the heart of the site, a small urban forest is introduced, designed as an open public space without clear boundaries between inside and outside.

Above the podium, three residential towers rise—each defined by a unified arch-shaped design—forming a distinctive and futuristic skyline that is visible both from near and far.
