Jangheung, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and adjacent to the city, is a place where diverse artistic and cultural narratives continue to thrive. True to its name—meaning "long-lasting prosperity"—the area holds a rich tapestry of local stories. Our design seeks to weave these narratives into the A2BL and A3BL complexes, creating a space that not only harmonizes with its surroundings but also sparks a broader vision for a thriving future across the entire Yangju Jangheung public housing district. The project, titled Jangheungyeonhwa(長興連話), meaning “Everlasting Prosperity through Connected Stories,” emphasizes the power of narrative connection. Through these stories, we aim to create a residential environment where memories and places converge, and the spirit of Jangheung lives on—continuously enriched by its people and its past.
