This Project centers on creating a layered residential environment that connects nature, the city, and people. Anchored by the Life Promenade, three main axes guide public flows through the site, linking the natural landscape from Changneung Stream to Seoorung(West Five Royal Tombs). These flows shape open community spaces, green terraces, and flexible units, offering residents a dynamic and immersive daily experience.
