This project has a concept meaning “a hero always protecting us, our country, our society and our family”. HERO, English initials of HUMANITY, ECO-GREEN, REMEMBER, ORGANIC, aims to create an image of a human-centered eco-friendly, closed in memories and an organized advanced army. Its arrangement considers the fragrances and views of surroundings and has a basis to comply with the power of unit. It increases economic efficiency by using existing levels positively and has a spatial configuration basis through a rational land-use planning. It allows a rapid movement during operations by composing hierarchy on the pedestrian circulation and another flow on the vehicle circulation. Also it enhances the accessibility to allow organic connection with each function. Outside space is planned to allow a comfortable barrack life focusing on an organic connection of space and a variety of outside spaces like a physical space or a resting space.
