The project creates a civic place where architecture, nature, and people come together. Open, interconnected spaces reconnect the city with its surrounding landscape while linking previously separated functions. A porous building layout connects the testing and office facilities with the adjacent park and allows for future expansion. At the heart of the complex, the Agora serves as a shared hub for work, research, and testing, fostering knowledge exchange and everyday interaction.
