WITEHN TOWER is located in Pangyo Second Techno Valley and planned as an office complex for four technology-driven venture companies and startups supported by leading firms and R&D-focused universities. The design emphasizes a creative environment that encourages communication and collaboration. Responding to the urban context, the four companies are organized into two parallel buildings to secure view corridors, with dedicated lobbies and cores ensuring corporate independence. The island-like site, connected by three pedestrian paths, is articulated through themed open spaces, while a central open startup space reinforces the public and collaborative character of the project.
