This project, titled “THE OWNERIUM YONGSAN,” combines “Owner,” symbolizing the idea of being the master of Yongsan, with “Rium,” representing place and space. The site boasts a panoramic view, bordered by the Han River to the south and Namsan Mountain to the north. Designed as a high-rise residential complex, it introduces a sense of openness within a densely built urban environment. Emphasizing a premium lifestyle, it offers a harmonious blend of city living and nature—an urban mixed-use space where residents can fully enjoy views of both the river and the mountain, right in the heart of Seoul.
