This project aims to integrate four administrative organizations in the Daejeon. The site is located in the heart of Daejeon’s old town and has been positioned as a significant place with historical contexts since 1900’s. The proposal will be an urban cultural center of Daejeon, “Hanbat Culture Government Office” through providing public open space within a city, a green network connecting surroundings and distinctive streets to revitalize the old town. And two buildings will represent the image of a cultural space open to public with architectural concept of the green gallery and green tower.
