The headquarters of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation was designed in harmony with the Gyeonggi Convergence Town master plan. A gently curved base integrates pedestrian paths, retail, and plazas, creating a lively urban environment, while the tower’s curved form embraces the central square. The grand lobby connects directly to financial and start-up support programs, with terraces linked to amenities such as a café, restaurant, and fitness center, offering greenery and open views. Flexible, column-free office floors support a smart and adaptable workplace, and the serrated façade with BIPV panels enhances energy efficiency and sustainability.
