ideology of the company, every week our CEO will meet up with the
executive members and team leaders once or twice to review the design
of the on-going projects. From the early steps of the design process
there would be continuos and horizontal interchanges between members

| There are many activity clubs opened to strengthen the
relationship of the participants who are also partners at work. Soccer,
tennis, bowling, inline skating, mountain climbing, working out are
among the activities that companies can enjoy together, through which
they can have more chances to cooperate, understand and trust each
others. Also, with the opening of the health club inside the building,
company staffs can have more spaces to enjoy relaxing time together
with physical exercising. |
