| From working on saturdays in every two weeks,
in August 2003 HaeAhn had become the first company in the industry
to start working on just 5 days per week. This is to give the
company staffs more chances to enjoy private leisure and recreational
activities during the weekend. |

| Yearly holidays, congratulating holidays and special
holidays together with the mileage system are available for
company staffs to increase their productivity through sufficient
relaxation. Also, HaeAhn has purchased some social recreation
facilities(condominium) for company staff members and their
family to freely use during their vacation. |

| Mileage system : This system
is used for employees when they have to work additionally during
holidays, weekend, night time or on other special occasions.
With this system, employees can additionally spend exact the
same number of days they had to work in extra in their holiday,
any time they want. |
