Ga-yang dong mixed-use, located at the gateway from Daejeon IC to Daejeon, is located at the intersection of Dongseo-daero and Dongdaejeon-ro connecting the whole region of Daejeon and expresses the highest-level mixed-use with new symbolic image of Daejeon. It will function as a hub of new development in Dong-gu, which is a relatively underdeveloped downtown area, and will serve as a new mixed-use facility creating nature, people, community and culture that has not been seen in Daejeon area.
