This project envisions Seongdwi Village as a complete residential community that reconnects nature and urban life at the gateway to Seocho-gu. Five view corridors link Mt. Umyeon and the city, while an open community plaza integrates shared facilities and family-oriented spaces. Smart gardens and extensive greenery create a layered garden landscape, and a flexible flat-slab structure supports a “100-Year Housing” concept adaptable to future lifestyles. Together, these strategies establish a sustainable, garden-oriented village with enduring identity and value.​
